AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Due to the integrated structure design of the earphone products, the repair time for individual products is relatively long. To better serve customers, WAHYEE offers a repair-by-replacement service, where for the same repair cost, you can directly receive a replacement product of the same model. If the same model is out of stock, WAHYEE will provide a similar product of comparable value as a replacement. The warranty period for the replaced product will be the longer of the remaining original warranty period or 3 months from the replacement date.

Wahyee After-Sales Service Policy

  • Product Warranty Period:
    WAHYEE products and accessories are covered by a one-year warranty service from the date of purchase.
  • Supported Warranty Credentials:
    When seeking warranty service, you must present the warranty card and proof of purchase from an authorized WAHYEE domestic sales channel (sales invoice, printed receipt, or online order). Please ensure that the proof of purchase clearly shows the purchase date, merchant name, and product details. If unable to provide the corresponding credentials, the case will be handled as an out-of-warranty paid service.
  • Product Warranty Policy:
    • 7-Day Return Service
      A. For products purchased through WAHYEE’s official authorized online channels only, if the accessories are complete, packaging is intact with no man-made damage, you can request a return for any reason within 7 days (including) from the day after delivery signature. Return shipping fees are borne by the user (free return shipping insurance may be provided depending on the platform).
      B. For products purchased through WAHYEE’s official authorized online and offline channels, if a non-human performance failure occurs within 7 days (including) from the day after delivery signature, and the product is unused with complete accessories, you can request a return. WAHYEE will bear the return shipping fees. 
    • 30-Day Exchange Service
      For products purchased through WAHYEE’s official authorized online and offline channels, if the earphones have a non-human performance failure within 30 days (including) from the day after delivery signature, and are unused, you can exchange for a new product of the same model and specs. WAHYEE will bear the two-way shipping fees. *After exchange, new 1-year warranty starting from the delivery date of the exchanged product.
    • 1-Year Repair Service
      For products purchased through WAHYEE’s official authorized online and offline channels, if a non-human performance failure occurs within 1 year (including) from the day after delivery signature, and is confirmed by an official repair technician, you are entitled to free repair service. WAHYEE will bear the two-way shipping fees.
      *Warranty period after repair:
      If original order warranty ≥3 months: After earphone/charging case repair, warranty follows remaining original order period.
      If original order warranty <3 months: 3 month warranty after repair, starting from repair return delivery date.
    • Accessory Policy
      Within 1 year from the delivery signature date, if the included data cable has a non-human performance failure, free warranty repair service is provided.
  • The following situations are not covered under the free warranty:
    • Product failure or damage caused by installation, storage, or use that does not follow the instructions in the user manual.
    • Damage caused by force majeure events.
    • Product failure or damage caused by disassembly by unauthorized organizations or personnel.
    • Unable to present the warranty card or proof of purchase from an official authorized domestic sales channel.
    • The product has exceeded the warranty period.
    • Missing components for certain models.
    • Other failures and damages not caused by the product’s design, manufacturing, or quality issues.
  • Paid Repair/Replacement Service:

    Once the warranty period has expired, or if there is accidental damage/loss of components for certain models, users can still receive official paid repair/replacement services. The specific repair/replacement prices can be inquired on this page or by contacting Shokz‘s official after-sales support.

  • Special Statements:

    • The above terms and conditions apply only to Shokz products sold in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions).
    • Shokz bears no responsibility for any non-Shokz warranty commitments made by resellers.
